Dear Mr. Fullum: In your letter dated February 2, 2001, on behalf of your Kayanna, Inc., you requested a classification ruling. The submitted samples, Style #816-122, are a pair of women’s pants and a pullover constructed from 100% polyester knit fabric. The pants feature an elasticized waistband, slash pockets at both sides, and hemmed leg openings. The pullover of Style #816-122, features a shirt-type collar with satin piping trim, long sleeves with satin piping trim, and a full front opening with a five-button closure. The pullover also has pockets below the waist, with satin piping sewn across each pocket, and a hemmed bottom.
