Dear Mr. Johnson: In your letter dated November 6, 2000, you requested a tariff classification ruling, on behalf of Interact Company. You are requesting the tariff classification on a product that consists of the Game Shark® Pro cartridge, the FlexiLight™ and the link cable. The Game Shark® Pro cartridge comes loaded with dozens of game-enhancing codes, while the FlexiLight™ allows the player to operate in low-light settings. The link cable enables another player to join in playing with the first player. The three items in the package are designed for use with the hand-held Game Boy® products. The Game Shark® Pro is manufactured in England and the FlexiLight™ and link cable are manufactured in China. The complete product is classified as accessories to hand-held game machines in the HTS.
