Your inquiry concerns the classification of three skin care products. “RoC” Hydra+Effet Reservoir™ Long Lasting Moisturizer is a moisturizing facial cream. RoC” Hydra+Effet Reservoir™ 24-Hour Moisturizer with SPF 15 is a moisturizing facial cream with sunscreen.
