The applicable subheading for the Boric Acid and Boric Oxide will be 2810.00.0000, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTS), which provides for Oxides of boron; boric acids. The rate of duty will be 1.5 percent ad valorem The applicable subheading for Electrolytic Manganese Dioxide will be 2820.10.0000, HTS, which provides for Manganese oxide: Manganese dioxide. The rate of duty will be 4.7 percent ad valorem The applicable subheading for Zirconium Dioxide will be 2825.60.0000, HTS, which provides for Hydrazine and hydroxylamine and their inorganic salts; other inorganic bases; other metal oxides, hydroxides and peroxides: Germanium oxides and zirconium dioxide. The rate of duty will be 3.7 percent ad valorem.
