The sample you provided is Stock no. 95310, a gold sleigh, 11.25 inches long and 8.75 inches wide [28.5 cm x 22.3 cm.] Although you state that the item is made of tin, it is actually made of iron or steel. It is painted gold, red and green. The applicable subheading for the decorative sleigh will be 8306.29.0000, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTS), which provides for statuettes and other ornaments, of base metal, other. The rate of duty will be free. This ruling is being issued under the provisions of Part 177 of the Customs Regulations (19 C.F.R. 177).
