Dear Mr. Woodruff: In your letter dated June 27, 2000 you requested a tariff classification ruling. The samples submitted with the ruling request will be returned to you. The submitted samples are Styles 7510 Ladies Down Jacket and 7511 Ladies Down Reversible Jacket. Both styles are constructed of woven 100% nylon shells filled with 58% down cluster, 27% waterfowl feather, 10% duck down and feather fibers, and 5% other. The down and waterfowl plumage make up approximately 25% of the weight of the garment.
