Dear Mr. Parisi: In your letter dated May 30, 2000, on behalf of Elegant Windows, Inc., you requested a tariff classification ruling. Samples were provided with your letter. The components include slat material, regular valances, bottom rails and crown valances. All are composed of foamed polyvinyl chloride plastic (PVC). They will be imported in lengths of nine feet. The cross section of each product is uniform throughout its entire length, and they are not worked beyond surface-working. The slat material has an oval cross section.
