Two garments were submitted and will be returned as you have requested. Style 43973 is described as a men’s woven quilted cotton shirt. The garment features long sleeves with one button placketed cuffs, a pointed shirt collar, a full frontal opening with seven small buttons, two breast pockets with button flaps and a lightly filled quilted lining. Style 43978 is described as a woven shirt jacket. The jacket is made of two fabrics laminated together; each fabric in the lamination is 60 percent wool and 40 percent viscose rayon fiber. The duty rate will be 51cents/kg plus 20.2 percent ad valorem. Style 43973 falls within textile category designation 340.
