The third and final item, style B134N57, and gray in color, consists of a polyester man-made fiber woven fabric that has been coated on one surface with an application of thermoplastic resin dots (52 dots/cm²) which are composed of a polyamide plastics material. With respect to all three samples, while the “dots” are small “points” of clear polyamide thermoplastic resin, they are visible to the naked eye. Dear Ms. Woods: In your letter dated February 22, 2000, on behalf of Kufner Textile Corporation, Simpsonville, SC, you requested a classification ruling. Three representative samples were submitted. The first item, style B131N57, and white in color, consists of a polyester man-made fiber woven fabric that has been coated on one surface with an application of thermoplastic resin dots (52 dots/cm²) which are composed of a polyamide plastics material. The second item, style B133N57, and black in color, consists of a polyester man-made fiber woven fabric that has been coated on one surface with an application of thermoplastic resin dots (52 dots/cm²) which are composed of a polyamide plastics material.
