Dear Mr. Moton: In your letter, dated January 5, 2000, you requested a classification ruling. The merchandise is comprised of frozen, headless, shell-on (unpeeled) shrimp of various sizes (4-6 inches, 6-8 inches, 8-10 inches, 10-12 inches).
