Style 135001 is a half fingered glove with an outershell constructed of a polyester fleece fabric. On the palm side, vinyl coated knitted fabric reinforcements partially cover the center of the palm and extend up the fingers and thumb. The glove also features an elasticized wrist, a hook and clasp, and a flared cuff.

Dear Pellegrini: In your letter dated December 23, 1999, you requested a classification ruling on behalf of Paris Asia, Ltd. The provided samples will be returned as per your request. Two samples were provided for review. Style 135001 is a half fingered glove with an outershell constructed of a polyester fleece fabric. The glove features a sewn on mitten style cover that can be placed over the fingers or secured with a hook and loop tab when not in use. The duty rate will be 19.1 percent ad valorem. Styles 136001, 135001, and 135002 fall within textile category designation 631. Based upon international textile trade agreements products of China are subject to quota and the requirement of a visa. The designated textile and apparel categories may be subdivided into parts.
