KG., you requested a tariff classification ruling. Samples and an a label draft were submitted with your request. The subject merchandise called “Betthupferl” consists of a milk chocolate bar decorated with a white chocolate rabbit, which is set into the top of the bar. The milk chocolate bars have a net weight of 0.44 ounces, and will be packaged in plastic bags, each holding twelve bars. The product is stated to contain 41.38 percent sugar, 19.89 percent cocoa butter, 18.52 percent milk powder, 10.70 percent cocoa mass, 9.06 percent lactose and small quantities of lecithin and vanillin.
