The merchandise is the Yale New Traditions Series Handlesets, styles Eldorado, Teton and McKinley. The handlesets consist of a handle with a thumb-piece to retract the latch and a matching lockset. Their chief component is zinc alloy with bright and antique brass plating and antique nickel plating on exterior surfaces. The general rate of duty will be 5.7 percent ad valorem. This ruling is being issued under the provisions of Part 177 of the Customs Regulations (19 C.F.R. 177).
