Several parts will be separately imported, including a bed plate and foundation bolt, which is listed as a part specific to the generator, and sub-sole plates. The merchandise is a steam-turbine generator set. The genset, driven by geothermal steam, consists of a steam turbine, an air-cooled turbo-generator and control system equipment. The AC generator with a production capacity of 64.8 megavolt amperes is directly coupled to the turbine. The rate of duty will be 2.5 percent ad valorem. The rate of duty will be 3 percent ad valorem. The rate of duty will be 3 percent ad valorem. This ruling is being issued under the provisions of Part 177 of the Customs Regulations (19 C.F.R. 177).
