The sample you provided is a decorative stand used to display a photograph. The photo clip is made of a laser-cut piece of textured glass outlined in steel and attached to the top of a threaded steel rod on a circular steel base. It measures about 6.5 inches [16.5 cm.] in height. You also intend to import another version 8.5 inches [21.5 cm.] in height. There is a small spiral wire on top of the glass design that will hold the photograph. The applicable subheading for the photo clip will be 8306.29.0000, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTS), which provides for statuettes and other ornaments, of base metal, other. The rate of duty will be free. This ruling is being issued under the provisions of Part 177 of the Customs Regulations (19 C.F.R. 177). A copy of the ruling or the control number indicated above should be provided with the entry documents filed at the time this merchandise is imported.
