Dear Mr. Woodruff: In your letter dated June 21, 1999, you requested a tariff classification ruling. The following samples were submitted with your request: 1. Style 0752 “Cutout Rec Link” is a bracelet composed of rectangular silver colored base metal links. It measures 7 1/2 inches in length. 2. Style 0754 “Euro Link” is a bracelet composed of solid bars of silver colored base metal links. It measures 7 1/2 inches in length. 3. Style 0756 “Dbl Snake w Donuts” is a bracelet composed of silver colored base metal beads strung on a silver colored base metal snake chain. It measures 8 1/2 inches in length. 4. The rate of duty will be free. This ruling is being issued under the provisions of Part 177 of the Customs Regulations (19 C.F.R. 177).
