One side is constructed from 100% polyester finely knit polar fleece fabric and the other side is constructed from 100% cotton finely knit jersey fabric. The jacket features a round neckline, a full front opening secured by four metal snaps, long hemmed sleeves with turned-up cuffs, side slits with decorative fabric bows on each side, and a hemmed bottom. There is embroidery on the front panels of each side of the reversible jacket. The garment will be imported as style 59 3142 46 in infants’ sizes 0 to 24 months and as style 59 3142 56 in toddler girls’ sizes 2T to 4T. Your sample will be returned as requested.

As a product of Macau, this merchandise is not subject to a visa requirement or quota restraints based upon international textile trade agreements. As a product of Macau, this merchandise is subject to a visa requirement and quota restraints based upon international textile trade agreements. The designated textile and apparel categories and their quota and visa status are the result of international agreements that are subject to frequent renegotiations and changes. If so, visa and quota requirements applicable to the subject merchandise may be affected and should also be verified at the time of shipment. This ruling is being issued under the provisions of Part 177 of the Customs Regulations (19 C.F.R. 177).
