Dear Ms. Adell: In your letter dated May 14, 1999, you requested a tariff classification ruling. The samples submitted with your letter were examined and disposed of. Delacre brand Delice Fruit (raspberry flavor) are round biscuits approximately 2 inches in diameter, with a firm, jelly-like raspberry-flavored filling. The biscuit is made from unbleached wheat flour, vegetable fat, sugar, eggs, glucose syrup, sodium bicarbonate, sodium pyrophosphate acid, salt, soy lecithin and color. The filling is composed of glucose syrup, raspberry puree, apple puree, sorbitol, glycerol, pectin, flavoring, citric acid, elderberry concentrate and color.
