A photograph of the item was included with your ruling request. The subject article, which is identified as “Lady under the Moon”, is an unframed leaded stain glass window that is held together with brass. You indicated that the item consists of pressed or molded glass. The item will be fitted into a window opening. The article measures approximately 57.5 inches in height by 27.5 inches in width by 1/4 inches in depth. The applicable subheading for the unframed leaded glass window will be 7016.90.1050, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTS), which provides for leaded glass windows and the like…other: paving blocks, slabs, bricks, squares, tiles and other articles of pressed or molded glass: other. The rate of duty will be 8 percent ad valorem. This ruling is being issued under the provisions of Part 177 of the Customs Regulations (19 C.F.R. 177). A copy of the ruling or the control number indicated above should be provided with the entry documents filed at the time this merchandise is imported.
