The review was requested because incorrect information regarding the composition of the products was given by the shipper prior to the issuance of the above noted rulings. The above rulings correctly classified the products based on the information that the rattan was in the form of strips. It has now been determined that the rattan is in the form of rods. A sample of item #3101RD - Iron and Rattan Wall Rack was submitted. It consists of a rattan shelf with two drawers supported on an iron frame rack. The rattan is in the form of interwoven rods. The essential character of the wall rack is imparted by the rattan. The other product to be reviewed is item #3103RD - Iron and Rattan Hamper. It consists of a rattan hamper supported by a standing iron frame. The essential character of the hamper is imparted by the rattan. The rattan is stated to be in the same form as in the submitted wall rack sample.
