The sample submitted with your request will be returned to you under separate cover. Style wwv-7587 is a woman's abbreviated upper body garment constructed from 100 percent cotton woven fabric. The garment features a shaped front neckline, 1/4 inch wide shoulder straps, a tube-like body with a full back opening secured by 10 hook and eye closures. The garment extends from the top of the bust to the waist and the back top edge is cut straight across from side seam to side seam. The applicable subheading for style wwv-7587 will be 6211.42.0081, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTS), which provides for track suits, ski-suits and swimwear; other garments: other garments, women's or girls': of cotton: other. The duty rate will be 8.4 percent ad valorem. Style wwv-7587 falls within textile category designation 359.
