The sample submitted with your request will be returned to you under separate cover. Style S99-02-023 is a dress constructed from 55 percent linen and 45 percent cotton woven fabric. The dress is lined with 100 percent polyester woven fabric. The dress features a scooped neckline, 1/4 inch wide shoulder straps and a flared bottom. The lining extends approximately 2 inches below the dress. The applicable subheading for style S99-02-023 will be 6204.49.5060, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTS), which provides for women's or girls' suits, ensembles, suit-type jackets, blazers, dresses, skirts, divided skirts, trousers, bib and brace overalls, breeches and shorts (other than swimwear): dresses: of other textile materials: other: other: other. The duty rate will be 7.3 percent ad valorem. Style S99-02-023 falls within textile category designation 836.
