CBP rationale
The applicable subheading for the tank to bowl gasket, if made of rubber, will be 4016.93.5050, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), which provides for other gaskets and seals as other articles of vulcanized rubber, other than hard rubber. The applicable subheading for the 11/4 and 11/2 tub drains will be 8481.80.3090, HTSUS, which provides for other hand operated valves of steel. The applicable subheading for the tub and lave knobs will be 8481.90.5000, HTSUS, which provides for parts of hand operated valves.
