The rate of duty will be 30 percent ad valorem. When each item is imported separately, the classification of each article will be as follows:

A representative sample of the item was submitted with your ruling request. This item consists of a bowl shaped glass holder with a removable porcelain lid and a small bag of potpourri. A heart shaped opening in the middle of the lid emits the fragrance of the potpourri. When the complete product is imported (glass holder, porcelain lid, potpourri) the classification of the merchandise will be 7013.99.5000, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTS), which provides for glassware of a kind used for table, kitchen, toilet, office, indoor decoration or similar purposes...: other glassware: other: other: valued over $0.30 but not over $3.00 each. The rate of duty will be 30 percent ad valorem.
