Dear Ms. Murphree: We refer to ruling letter PD B88994, which was issued to you from the District of San Francisco on September 4, 1997. In your initial letter to us, dated August 21, 1997, you requested a binding ruling for a babies' and girls' woven jumper, Style #477252. In a subsequent letter dated September 16, 1997, you informed us that Style #477252, indicated in your original request letter, was incorrect, and that the correct style number should be Style #477293. All other information remains the same. This ruling is being issued under the provisions of Part 177 of the Customs Regulations (19 C.F.R. 177). Copies of this supplemental ruling are being provided to all ports where entry of this merchandise will be made. A copy of this letter should be given to your broker and all members of your staff who are involved with clearing merchandise through Customs.
