The sample submitted with your request will be returned to you under separate cover. Style 00327 is a pair of bib and brace overalls constructed from 100 percent polyester woven crepe fabric. The overalls feature a bib that extends 8 1/2 inches above the waistline, a center pocket and adjustable shoulder straps the fasten at the back waist with a button and a side button and zipper closure. The garment has long hemmed legs. The applicable subheading for style 00327 will be 6204.63.1510, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTS), which provides for women's or girls' suits, ensembles, suit-type jackets, blazers, skirts, divided skirts, trousers, bib and brace overalls, breeches and shorts (other than swimwear): trousers, bib and brace overalls, breeches and shorts: of synthetic fibers: other: bib and brace overalls: other: other: women's. The duty rate will be 16.4 percent ad valorem. Style 00327 falls within textile category designation 659.
