Dear Ms. Campbell: In your letter dated June 16, 1997, on behalf of Plastitronics, Inc., you requested a tariff classification ruling. You have submitted one sample of the product "Tech-E-Rings" with your request. It is an earring composed mainly of plastic and some nonprecious metals combined with small electronic components.
