Evan Grunfeld, Desiderio, Lebowitz & Silverman LLP 245 Park Ave. 33rd Floor New York, NY 10167-3397 RE: Ruling PD B83425 - additional style numbers Dear Mr. Evan: In your letter dated April 16, 1997, on behalf of AnnTaylor Global Sourcing, Inc., you requested that ruling PD B83425, dated April 9, 1997, be amended based on the additional information you provided. You advised that the sample designated as style P3191 will be imported under additional style numbers differing only in color and pattern. The style numbers for the jacket classified in PD B83425 are as follows: Styles P3232 and P32329 (solid) Styles P3191 and P31919 (printed) You have further stated that these style numbers represent garments identical to the one ruled on in PD B83425 and that no changes have been made to the garment. The balance of the information provided in PD B83425, concerning the rate of duty and the textile category designation, remains unchanged and is applicable to the styles shown above. This ruling is being issued under the provisions od Part 177 of the Customs Regulations (19 C.F.R. 177). A copy of this supplement or the control number indicated above should be provided with the entry documents filed at the time this merchandise is imported.
