The Travel Companion is model number SI500; a sample of the item was not available at this time. The Travel Companion combines a portable smoke detector, an intruder alarm, a flashlight and an alarm clock. The entire unit measures 7 inches long by 2 1/8 inches wide by 1 1/2 inches deep. The rate of duty will be 3.9 percent on the movement and case plus 5.3 percent on the battery. This ruling is being issued under the provisions of Part 177 of the Customs Regulations (19 C.F.R. 177).
