Evan Grunfeld, Desiderio, Lebowitz & Silverman 245 Park Avenue, 33rd Floor New York, NY 10167-3397 RE: Style Number Correction for Women's Knit Wearing Apparel Dear Mr. Evan: We refer to your letter of April 1, 1997 requesting a correction to New York ruling letter, NY B82995, which was issued to you on March 20, 1997. You state that your importer, AnnTaylor Global Sourcing, informed you that the style number indicated in the ruling letter, K3034, is incorrect and that the correct style number K3044. The classification, duty rate and textile category will not change. A copy of this amended ruling is being issued to all ports where entry of this merchandise will be made. A copy of this letter should be given to your broker and all members of your staff who are involved with clearing merchandise through Customs.
