Stlye 274 is a man's sweater constructed from 80 percent wool, 20 percent nylon knit fabric containing four stitches per two centimeters counted in the horizontal direction. The garment features a full front opening with a zipper closure; a self-fabric spread collar; two slash pockets below the waist; and a hemmed bottom. As requested, your sample will be returned. The applicable subheading for Style 274 will be 6110.10.2010, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTS), which provides for: sweaters, pullovers, sweatshirts, waistcoats (vests) and similar articles, knitted or crocheted: of wool or fine animal hair: other: sweaters: men's. This ruling is being issued under the provisions of Part 177 of the Customs Regulations (19 C.F.R. 177).
