The applicable subheading for Chloromethyl chloroformate, a non-aromatic ester of formic acid, will be 2915.13.5000, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTS), which provides for saturated acyclic moncarboxylic acids and their anhydrides, halides, peroxides and peroxyacids; their halogenated, sulfonated, nitrated or nitrosated derivatives: formic acid, its salts and esters: esters of formic acid: other. The rate of duty will be 3.7 percent ad valorem. The applicable subheading for 4-(Difluoromethoxy)benzaldehyde, a halogenated aromatic aldehyde, will be 2913.00.4000, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTS), which provides for halogenated, sulfonated, nitrated or nitrosated derivatives of products of heading 2912: aromatic: other.
