This appears to be a prototype item, and we can only rule on the actual finished product as it will be imported. Additional information is required as indicated below: 1. Advertising or marketing literature indicating how the item will be packaged and sold, and how the item will be used by the consumer. When this information is available, you may wish to consider resubmission of your request. If you decide to resubmit your request, please include all of the material that we have returned to you.
