The correct HTS provision for item 91023, the pullman type pilot case should read 4202.12.8070, which provides for: trunks, suitcases, vanity cases and similar containers, with outer surface of textile materials, other, other, of man-made fibers. All other information remains the same. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused. A copy of this supplement and the original ruling letter should be attached to the entry documents filed at the time this merchandise is imported. If the documents have been filed without a copy, this ruling should brought to the attention of the Customs officer handling the transaction.
