Bourbon Vanilla Extract 44/19115 is a vanilla oleoresin containing over 20% ethyl alcohol. The Vanilla Natural Flavour 44/19223 is a vanilla oleoresin containing over 20% ethyl alcohol, sugar and tragacanth gum. Based on your literature, both products will be used as food flavorings. The applicable subheading for the Bourbon Vanilla Extract 44/19115 will be 3302.10.9000, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTS), which provides for mixtures of odoriferous substances and mixtures (including alcoholic solutions) with a basis of one or more of these substances, of a kind used as raw materials in industry; other preparations based on odoriferous substances, of a kind used for the manufacture of beverages: of a kind used in the food or drink industries: containing alcohol: containing over 20 percent of alcohol by weight: other.
