Lindbergh Blvd. St Louis, MO 63167 RE: The tariff classification of MON 0139 (CAS 1071-83-6) from Belgium. Dear Ms. Pierce: This is an amendment to Ruling No. A82855, dated April 23, 1996. The ruling issued to you inadvertently stated that MON 0139 was classified in subheading 2931.00.5030. This tariff number is obsolete . Please be advised that the correct classification should be 2931.00.9030, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTS). The rate of duty remains 3.7 percent ad valorem.
