Additional information is required as indicated below: 1) Re: Tokuso Rebase 1) Please furnish the product information literature supplied or packaged with the kit 2) Please furnish the chemical name and CAS registry number for the powder, liquid and rebase-aid components 2) Re: Tokuyama Soft Relining 1) Please furnish the chemical name and CAS registry number of each component (i.e., base & catalyst) making up the paste.
