Style 7s882 is a women's knit sweater constructed from 70% acrylic, 30% wool boucle yarn. The garment measures less than nine stitches per two centimeters in the horizontal direction. The sweater features a full front zippered opening, two diagonally opening front pockets, long sleeves, a hood and rib knit waistband. The applicable subheading for the sweater will be 6110.30.1520, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTS), which provides for Sweaters, pullovers, sweatshirts, waistcoats (vests), and similar articles, knitted or crocheted: Of man-made fibers: Other: Containing 23 percent or more by weight of wool or fine animal hair: Sweaters: Women's or girls'. The rate of duty will be 17%. Style 7s882 falls within textile category designation 446. Based upon international textile trade agreements, products of Taiwan are subject to quota and the requirement of a visa. The designated textile and apparel categories may be subdivided into parts. If so, visa and quota requirements applicable to the subject merchandise may be affected. Part categories are the result of international bilateral agreements which are subject to frequent renegotiations and changes.
