Dear Mr. Singh: In your letter dated February 23, 1996, you requested a tariff classification ruling. You are requesting the tariff classification of a game called "Nickel and Dime Pool". The product is a game played on a miniature pool table (without legs). Instead of using pool balls and a cue stick, it is played by flicking coins with one's fingers.
