NY 898589 June 3, 1994 CLA-2-23:S:N:N7:231 898589 CATEGORY: Classification TARIFF NO.: 2309.90.1035 Mr. Jack D. Mlawski Galvin & Mlawski 425 Park Avenue New York, New York 10022-3506 Canada RE: Supplement to Ruling number 897492, dated May 25, 1994. Dear Mr. Mlwaski: This is a supplement to a Customs' Ruling No. 897492, dated May 25, 1994. The ruling was issued on the classification of a premix for swine from the Netherlands. A clerical error on page one, paragraph 3, of this ruling states that the classification of the premix is 2309.10.1035, (HTS). The correct classification for the "Ivomec Premix for Swine" is 2309.90.1035, HTS. The rate of duty will be free. This supplement should be presented whenever Ruling No. 897492 is presented. Sincerely, Jean F. Maguire Area Director New York Seaport
