NY 896242 MARCH 29, 1994 CLA-2-62:S:N:N5:357 896242 CATEGORY: Classification TARIFF NO.: 6202.93.4500; 6202.93.5011 Ms. Natouchka Patrice Rampy Sharretts, Paley, Carter & Blauvelt 67 Broad Street New York, N.Y. 10004 RE: The tariff classification of a woman's jacket from Korea. Supplement to NY Ruling 888405 Dear Ms. Rampy: In your letter dated June 30, 1993, on behalf of Foreign Resources Corp., you requested a classification ruling for a style 35910/25132 jacket. In our reply of July 21, 1993, we inadvertantly indicated the statistical suffix "10" for the item under HTS subheading 6202.93.50. The statistical suffix for that classification has been changed to "11". Therefore, the ruling should have given the classification in 6202.93.5011. In all other respects, the ruling is unchanged. A copy of this ruling letter should be attached to the entry documents filed at the time this merchandise is imported. If the documents have been filed without a copy, this ruling should be brought to the attention of the Customs officer handling the transaction. Sincerely, Jean F.
