The compartments include a bottle of liquid glue, a roll of pressure sensitive tape, metal and plastic paper clips, a ruler, an eraser, a stapler, push pins, memo paper, a pen, a pencil, and a pencil sharpener. The two samples submitted with your request are desk top stationery sets. Style ST-103 is an organizer made of molded plastics, in the shape of a locomotive. The organizer incorporates several compartments in which stationery items are stored. The organizer includes a bottle of glue, an eraser, a stapler, scissors, magnifying glass, a role of pressure sensitive tape, a pencil sharpener, a ruler, and an adhesive backed paper schedeule sheet, which can be attached to the lid of one compartment. The rate of duty will be 5.3 percent ad valorem. This ruling is being issued under the provisions of Section 177 of the Customs Regulations (19 C.F.R. 177). A copy of this ruling letter should be attached to the entry documents filed at the time this merchandise is imported.
