Dear Ms. Bellanca: In your letter dated December 17, 1993, you requested an amendment of classification ruling NY 890618, which was issued to you on September 30, 1993 from this office. You have indicated that the name "Quick Change Bag" should read "Baby Carry All Bag". The original ruling NY 890618 reflected the incorrect name "Quick Change Bag". The correct name is "Baby Carry All Bag". All other information in the original letter remains the same. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused. A copy of this supplement and the original ruling letter should be attached to the entry documents filed at the time this merchandise is imported. If the documents have been filed without a copy, this ruling should be brought to the attention of the Customs officer handling the transaction.
