NY 893091 December 13, 1993 CLA-2-16:S:N:N7:229-893091 CATEGORY: Classification TARIFF NO.: 1602.50.6000 Mr. Ben Walderman Belmont Meat Products Ltd. 230 Signet Drive Weston, Ontario M9L 1V2 Canada RE: Supplement to Ruling number 892194, dated November 15, 1993. Dear Mr. Walderman: This is a supplement to a Customs' Ruling No. 892194, dated November 15, 1993. The ruling was issued on the classification of frozen, ground beef with seasoning. A clerical error on page one, paragraph 3, of this ruling states that the seasoning consists of "one percent salt and one-half percent `Old Plantation Seasonings' Mix...". The correct seasoning formula for this product, as stated correctly in the Subject heading, classification paragraph, and elsewhere in that ruling, consisted of one percent salt and 2 percent "Old Plantations Seasonings" Mix. This supplement should be presented whenever Ruling No. 892194 is presented. Sincerely, Jean F. Maguire Area Director New York Seaport
