Box 270 Greer, S.C. 29652 RE: Amendment to New York Binding Ruling Letter 892091 Dear Ms. Johnson: Reference is made to New York binding ruling letter 892091, dated November 19, 1993, (copy attached), in which a typographical error was made referring to the rate of duty. Page 1, paragraph 5 of the letter should read: The rate of duty will be 29.5 percent ad valorem. The Harmonized Tariff Schedule classification, and quota catagory that was stated to you in ruling letter 892091 for style numbers MU 190-03 and MU 190-05 was correct and remains the same.
