ITEM HTS RATE OF DUTY 3,3-Dimethylacrylic Acid 2916.19.3000 2.4 cents per kilogram (CAS # 541-47-9) plus 5% ad valorem Ethyl-4-Ethoxybenzoate 2918.90.4000 13.5% ad valorem (CAS # 23676-09-7) Glycine Methyl Ester HCL 2922.49.5000 3.7% ad valorem (CAS # 5680-79-5) This ruling is being issued under the provisions of Section 177 of the Customs Regulations (19 C.F.R. 177). A copy of this ruling letter should be attached to the entry documents filed at the time this merchandise is imported.
