Ltd, you requested a tariff classification ruling. The merchandise under consideration involves Notebook computer model ES-210A, which is a portable computer with integrated software for use by the business professional. The unit contains in the same housing a central processing unit, keyboard, and LCD display. It weighs approximately 2.2 pounds and measures 11.7 inches in width, 1.1 inches in height, and 8.3 inches in depth. A copy of this ruling letter should be attached to the entry documents filed at the time this merchandise is imported.
