A prototype sample of the Confetti Bubble Bath was submitted wit your inquiry. The Confetti Bubble Bath consists of multi- colored bubble bath flakes to be sold at retail in a plastic candy cane. The applicable HTS subheading for Confetti Bubble Bath will be 3307.30.5000, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTS), which provides for prepared bath salts and other bath preparations: other. The duty rate will be 4.9 percent ad valorem. This product may be subject to the regulations of the Food and Drug Administration.
