Stang Grunfeld, Desiderio, Lebowitz & Silverman 12 E. 49 St. New York, NY 10017 RE: The tariff classification of a woman's athletic shoe from Korea. Dear Mr. Stang: This classification decision under the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTS) is being issued in accordance with the provisions of Section 177 of the Customs Regulations (19 C.F.R. 177). DATE OF INQUIRY : July 1, 1991 ON BEHALF OF : L.A. Gear, Inc.
