DATE OF INQUIRY : March 5, 1991 ON BEHALF OF : Tawn Company DESCRIPTION OF MERCHANDISE : Two samples were submitted with your inquiry. Style #2208500 is an "Inflatable Santa Claus" measuring 50 inches in height. Style #2208400 is an "Inflatable Skiing Santa Claus" measuring 24 inches in height. HTS PROVISION : Dolls representing only human beings: whether or not dressed: other: other. HTS SUBHEADING : 9502.10.8000 RATE OF DUTY : 12 percent ad valorem OTHER : The samples will be returned as requested. A copy of this ruling letter should be attached to the entry documents filed at the time this merchandise is imported.
